  We had my wife's sister, her husband and their 5children driving in from Hot Springs Arkansas on Friday with the purpose of surprising my wife for her birthday. I called in three days earlier to discuss making sure they could seat 17 of us next to each other so we didn't have to yell across the restaurant to one another. They explained the phone ahead system that they have in place and I explained that because of the number of people and the guests that are driving in from out-of-state that day to surprise my wife for birthday, I needed to make sure that their going to be able to seat 17 of us, I even stopped in the restaurant and spoke with Tony the managing partner about making sure this wasn't an issue, that was a mistake. You would think getting the highest ranking manager involved it would guarantee that there wouldn't be a problem, you could not have paid somebody to and mess this up more than it was. Lucky for Toni the managing partner, Tomi the waitress that waited on us stepped up to the plate and did her best to rectify the situation. From this point forward we will never and I mean never go to a restaurant that you can't make seating reservations, I was even willing to put down a deposit to guarantee we will going to show up and they still screwed it up, again, don't ever go to a restaurant if you can't make reservations for your large party. Toni, if you would like to discuss this further and find out where the failures were, I'd be glad to stop in and speak with you a little more about it, if so, just simply respond to this post.
  P.S. You have a good restaurant and you serve really good food, problems like these are simple to rectify.

  My boyfriend proposed to me here on Valentine's Day :) The steak is always cooked how I like it (rare lol). Their cactus blossom is to die for, along with their Texas peach fuzz beverage. They have some of the best flavored teas I've ever had.
