  Had a black coffee at 3 in the afternoon, coffee was slightly burnt, but the staff was great to talk with. I'm sure if the coffee was purchased at peak hours, it wouldn't have been a problem.

  I give this a one star review based on who I assume is the manager. She is blonde and overweight. Wasn't wearing a name tag or an apron. When I came in there was already 5 people waiting in line. The "manager" was helping the girl working the register, as she seemed fairly new. Totally fine, I understand. After helping though, she put in a new cash drawer in the second register so I assumed she would help to get the line down. Nope, she walked away to stock the baked goods (which were already well stocked) as 3 other people joined in line behind me. In the end, I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get my order taken. So on this basis, she left the new girl alone to get down an 8 person line while she sat on the floor "stocking" and basically being as loud as possible, which was the second worst part. She practically yelled everything she said as she continued at attempting to joke around with her coworkers. Of course she couldn't do that, as the rest of the employees were actually too busy WORKING to pay attention so she was left to her own devices in the seeking of being the worst employee in customer service. Ever. I will not go to this Starbucks again as long as the woman works there.
